For Youth Ages 14-15
We proudly completed our exciting paid summer career training experience at the CIRCLE Foundation’s, Benton House! Through Chicagobility, youth gained essential job readiness and professional development skills-then CHOSE THEIR PATH. We offered hands-on training with industry coaches in fields like Ai, tech, childcare, health care, restaurants/hospitality, sports, and entrepreneurship. Our coaches included business owners, tech experts, community leaders, and more.
Prime Future Entrepreneurs
Prime Future Entrepreneurs (PFC), our One Summer Chicago Chicagobility program, provides 14- to 15-year-olds with an immersive job training experience unlike anything they receive in school. Youth are paired with dynamic Leadership Coaches - successful entrepreneurs and community leaders - who guide them through real-world career pathways. From launching restaurants to exploring healthcare, Ai, childcare, and sports careers, participants gain hands-on skills that empower them to build their futures. By the end of the program, youth walked away with resumes, drone training, Stop The Bleed workshops, and nearly 70% with bank accounts through our partner, Wintrust bank. We started with around 100 youth and graduated 88. We didn’t just prepare them for jobs - we helped them become future leaders.
